What to Expect During Your Virtual Visit

Its just like going to the doctor’s office but on your phone.

Our Triage Team will be your first point of contact.
They will gather all your medical information, including medication history, past surgeries, and any allergies you may have to medication.

During your triage we will also ask for your local pharmacy and insurance information. If you have any copays or deductibles we will present it during the triage visit.

Once your triage will be completed, we will set you up with a Provider. During your visit it is important for you to give us as much information as possible. Trust your provider and they can be of much more benefit.

Once your visit is complete, if you need medication, they will electronically send the prescriptions to your local pharmacy.

Easy, Free and Productive.

Experience the Benefits Today

Benefits of Virtual Care

Having a telehealth visit is just like a regular visit, but you are in one place and your health care provider is in another. While you may need to see your health care provider in person sometimes, telehealth has many benefits.

You can see your health care provider anywhere: home, work, or even your car. Virtual visits or telehealth visits can be conducted from anywhere, all you need is a quite place for a few minutes that allows you to talk or text.

It keeps you and others from getting sick by being close to each other. Going to a doctors office exposes you to bacteria and other airborne viruses. Why risk unnecessary exposure when you can get quality care fast.

Time saving

It saves time because you don’t need to travel, take time off, or find someone to watch your kids. Just open your phone, download the app and tell us how you feel.

You have more choices. You can have a visit with a health care provider who may be far from you, but right for you.

Telehealth may not be right for every health care condition. So Just Call or Chat with our health care provider if you have questions or concerns, and we will be your guide.

Using WeHealth gives you more choices. Its also covered by Insurance so it can be absolutely free. If you don’t have insurance our prices are the lowest in the nation.

When to go the emergency room instead

  • Anaphylactic reaction (throat closing)
  • Severely broken bone
  • Chest pain
  • Breathing trouble
  • Bleeding that won’t stop
  • Serious illnesses and injuries
  • Unconsciousness
  • Severe vomiting, dizziness, or headache
  • Any life-threatening emergency
  • Conditions that may require hospitalization
